Kundalini Yoga is a way back to OneSelf. Through meditation and physical or energetic
practices (Kriyas), the energetic channels (Nadis) are purified so that the energy can
flow freely. The energy fields (chakras) are harmonized and filled with energy. This
raises our awareness and helps us to understand who we really are, what we are doing
here on Earth, and what purpose we have.
This has the effect that allows us to detach ourselves from our pain-body and come
into the ONE Consciousness. This means we feel happy, fulfilled and go through life
with deep joy.

Everyone can find access to Kundalini Yoga, even very immobile and non-sporting
people are not excluded from it, but the practices help to strengthen the willpower
among others.

We teach and practice in the tradition of Yogi Bhajan (Kundalini Yoga Master 1929 –
2004). Yogi Bhajan brought Kundalini Yoga to the Western world in 1969,
revolutionizing the world view of Western society.

We put together individual practices (depending on the current problem) to help
students deal with their challenges.
In addition to group lessons, we also offer individual coaching.

A specialty of ours is the combination of Kundalini Yoga with live music, as well as with
the gong.
